Learning Revolutionaries Celebration Event
Event Date : 24 March 2010
Time : 10.00 - 16.00
Duration : All Day
Location : Indian Community Centre Association, Nottingham
CEFET is involved in the WEA Learning Revolutionaries project
based on the idea that everybody has something to learn and
everybody has something to teach. Learning revolutionaries are
being recruited throughout the country – as volunteers – to set up
informal Learning Circles which will enable people to meet and
learn without the need to be part of a large educational
organisation. The project is funded by the Dept BIS Transformation
Fund.
Please find attached an invitation to a free national Event in to
celebrate the project. This event is open to Learning
Revolutionaries, learners, and people from organisations which
promote and/or fund adult learning and volunteering.
There will also be displays and stalls on the day. If you would
like to book a display stall please get in touch immediately. We
will be asking for a donation from funded groups of between £50 -
£150. This will go towards the travel costs of unfunded
participants.
To book a place please complete the booking form attached and email
it to the address below by Tuesday 16 March at the
latest.
