Third Sector Research Survey - please help!

COVER is contributing to a national mapping exercise being commissioned by Skills-Third Sector. The work aims to identify organisations, structures, networks and other communication mechanisms, concerned with Third Sector Skills and Workforce Development, operating in each English region.  The information collected will contribute to deciding priorities for future funding and research work for Skills- Third Sector and regional partners.

We are very keen to submit a broad and accurate response from the East of England to ensure that we can establish any gaps/needs in our region, which might be addressed or receive financial support in any future work.

We are seeking to establish information on employer type or sub sector groupings e.g. Children’s Workforce as well as generic structures embracing all, or large parts of the Third Sector.

If you are an organisation with an interest in skills or workforce development, whether you provide skills and workforce development services to other VCS organisations, or are involved in any networks that have a skills and workforce development focus, we would very much appreciate you helping us to build a picture for the East of England.

The survey, which should take about 5 minutes to complete, can be found at http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/2Y2MKNF and closes 28th May 2010.

Many thanks for your co-operation.
