SKiLD

SKiLD is a programme of NAVCA (National Association for Voluntary and Community Action) and is for all infrastructure: from Councils for Voluntary Service (CVS) and Rural Community Councils through to black and minority ethnic development organisations, community forums and local development trusts.

SKiLD is aiming to equip development workers in infrastructure organisations with the skills and knowledge they need to give relevant and high quality support to third sector organisations.
