Funding and Costing Workforce and Governance Development
Workforce and governance development – often referred to as ‘organisational development’ - form the bedrock of any voluntary or community organisation.

This resource helps voluntary and community organisations think through how they currently cost their organisational development, in order that they can better plan, budget and fundraise for these areas in the future.

HRBANK resource
HRBANK is a collection of human resource policies and job descriptions that have been donated by voluntary and community organisations.
