Key aims for 2008-2011
  • to provide development support on  leadership and governance in order to increase the effectiveness of frontline organisations
  • to promote widespread adoption of good leadership and governance practices by support providers and frontline organisations alike ensuring that: the needs of their beneficiaries are met, their vitality is sustained, their relevance to their local community is maintained, they are able to recognise the need for and to manage, subsequent change.
