Strategic planning helps your groups to clarify their purpose, set aims and develop a plan to make them happen.  It enables them to become more effective and efficient and to demonstrate their value to funders and other stakeholders. 

This course will guide you through preparing groups for strategic planning, helping them work out their options, make decisions and write their plan.
