Increasing Diversity in Volunteering – Invitation to Events

As part of the National Support Services Modernising Volunteering worksteam led by Volunteering England, four regional and one national PACTs (Policy Action Community Teams) are working to improve the performance of volunteer involving organisations in opening up volunteering to all through sharing existing good practice and developing new resources.

Each PACT led by a NNVIA (National Network for Volunteer Involving Agencies) member is hosting a Model Action Day to share experiences and expertise, and develop innovative ways to involve volunteers from specific communities and groups. This is a real opportunity to influence policy and practice development in removing barriers to volunteering and mobilising more volunteers.
